Returns


 

We know these are important purchases and your satisfaction is critical.

Except for custom orders, or items received via Local Pickup and Local Delivery, buyers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect their item(s) and contact us if they wish to return an item. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns not resulting from our error or items damaged in shipping. We deduct shipping charges from the buyer's original purchase price (+ taxes) before processing refunds. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and buyers may not be reimbursed for returns that are not received in original condition. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

For Local Pickup and Local Delivery, the 48-hour return policy does not apply. You must reject the item at the time of delivery or pickup. Do not accept the item or take the item with you.

All sales are final on custom orders and sale items.

To protect yourself from disappointment or something unexpected, we strongly encourage you to closely inspect item photos, descriptions, and details before purchasing anything and then again upon delivery or pickup. If you would like to inspect an item prior to purchase, and will be near our gallery in Bellingham, WA, please contact us to set up an appointment. If you're unsure about an item's condition, dimensions, quantity, or description, please ask your questions before making a purchase.

 

Returning a shipped item:

Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect their item and email us to initiate a return of an item. The buyer pays for return shipping unless Ruckus finds that the item was damaged beyond repair in transportation or determines that the website misrepresented the item. The buyer may also be responsible for paying the handling and packing charges incurred by the seller.

In your email to us, please include:

  1. The reason for the return
  2. Your Ruckus order # (find this in your order confirmation email)
  3. Your phone number
  4. If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once we review your return request, we will send you an email with further instructions.

Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred not related to the original shipping process.

A refund of the purchase amount, less the 20% restocking fee and any other charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been safely returned. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

 

Returns for Items with Local Pickup or Local Delivery:

For Local Pickup and Local Delivery by Ruckus, the 48-hour return policy does not apply. You must reject the item at the time of pickup or delivery. If you do not want the item, or find that it has been damaged, please do not accept the item or take the item with you. Email us at info@RuckusArtGallery.com right away and we will initiate a return. Returns will not be allowed after an item has been picked up or delivered. If local delivery has been selected you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping.

A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible (such as the 20% restocking fee), will be processed upon confirmation of refusal with the shipping company.
